6061 aluminum alloy is a kind of aluminum alloy with high strength, good machinability and corrosion resistance. The difference between 6061 screws and 6061-T6 screws lies in their different heat treatment states. 6061 screws have not been heat treated and have not undergone additional strengthening treatment, so their material strength and hardness are relatively lower, but better machinability and lower cost.
