Every batch of raw materials into the factory will be raw material inspection, to ensure that the use of high-quality materials
In the production process, the size of the screw head will be checked to ensure that each screw meets the requirements of the customer drawings

Each batch of screws is tested by spectroscopic analysis instrument for metal composition to ensure that it meets environmental requirements
According to customers’ requirements, we will conduct 48-hour or 72-hour salt spray test for each batch of screws to ensure that each screw has excellent corrosion resistance.
Optical screening machine can detect outside diameter scratch, end face scratch, appearance rust, length, chamfering, color difference, inner hole burr, there is no foreign body, etc
